--min-access-role <string> - Filter by minimum access role (freeBusyReader|reader|writer|owner)

--paginate - Follow next_cursor and concatenate all pages (list commands only)

--show-deleted - Include deleted calendar list entries

--show-hidden - Include hidden calendars
